Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Kay Kontoured Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
